Established in 2003, Watts Realty, LLC is a full service real estate provider helping clients with their residential and commercial buying, selling, leasing and building needs. Our Agents
Joy completed her BA in Business Administration from Hope College. She has been in the building business all her life and received her builder's license in 1995. Her interest has always been in real estate and she received her real estate license in 1998, as well as her broker license in 2003. Throughout the years she was involved in hundreds of transactions focusing primarily in residential sales. Some of Joy's hobbies include volleyball, softball, scuba diving, traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends, family and her pets.

Kathy joined Watts Realty in August 2004 as the new Realty Office Manager. A licensed REALTOR since 1998, she brings valuable years of real estate as well as teaching and organizational experience to our company. Kathy earned her BS Degree, Secondary Teaching Certificate and MBA from Western Michigan University. She has invested in a variety of real estate courses and has earned an Associate Broker designation. Her community involvement includes: teaching at WMU’s College of Business, 20-year involvement in the Boys’ Junior National Tennis Championships, Junior Achievement volunteer and memberships in such organizations as the W Club at WUM, Friends of the Portage Public Library and Friends of East Campus. When not working and volunteering, Kathy enjoys tennis, bicycling, weight training, travel, reading and gardening.
Greg attended Purdue University and Michigan State University in the Building Construction Management programs. Greg also grew up in the building business and earned his builder's license and real estate license's in 1998. Greg's hobbies include most sports, hunting, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Matt graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Building Construction Management. He also has been in the building business his entire life. Matt received his builder's license in 1995 and real estate license in 2000. Matt's hobbies include spending time with his family, most sports, and traveling.
